This is a gorgeous blouse with beautiful tiered ruffle and embroidered fabric. This is a light comfy favric. It is not heavy. Made in India. This could ve work buttoned or as a layer. I prefer it as a layer and love it with our tiered ruffle dress in black. I am 5’4” 134 pounds with a 36D bust line. I am a size 8. I am wearing the small. This does not give in the shoulders nor the arms. If you carry weight in your upper arms and back, size up. This vendor does not make sizes above XL unfortunately.
